Zevia Champagne Ginger Cocktail

Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine and shake vodka, Zevia Ginger Beer, and lime juice.
- Pour mixture over ice in a glass and top off with champagne, as desired.
- Garnish with mint and lime slice. Enjoy!
