Spiced Apple Bourbon Crush
Nothing says cozy weather like a Spiced Apple Bourbon Crush - some sweet, some spice, and everything nice. With a little zest from Zevia Ginger Ale and lemon and some smoke from the bourbon, this cleaner cocktail from My Diary of Us is perfect for any occasion or diet.
- Add 1 can of Zevia Ginger Ale to a saucepan with sliced apples, cinnamon stick, lemon juice, and water. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 5 minutes until apples are tender and have flavored the Zevia Ginger Ale. Strain and chill.
- In a glass, combine 1/4 cup of the Spiced Apple Ginger Ale reduction with 1 oz of bourbon and pour over crushed ice.
- Top off with Zevia Ginger Ale and garnish with sliced apples and cinnamon stick. Serve immediately.
- 2 cans Zevia Ginger Ale
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1 cinnamon stick + more for garnish (can also use 1 tsp ground cinnamon)
- juice from 1 lemon
- 2 oz bourbon
