Zevia Mango Ginger Energy Dressing
- Blend together mango, chili sauce, water, sesame oil, ginger, and Mango Ginger Energy in a food processor until smooth
- Set dressing side in a small container
Soba Noodle Salad
- Rise cooked soba noodles under cold water in a strainer
- Spiralize zucchini and sauté for roughly 3 minutes
- Split up the soba noodles, zoodles, sesame seeds, avocado, carrots, and peanuts in two separate bowls
- Add dressing as desired and enjoy
