Keto Cola Chocolate Cake
Eating clean doesn't mean you have to entirely cut out dessert. This low-carb chocolate cake from Cast Iron Keto contains no added sugar and will definitely curb your cravings. Bonus points: each serving clocks in at 374 calories with a mere 5.1g of net carbs!

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine and mix eggs, butter, avocado, vanilla, and Zevia Cola.
- Mix in almond flour, granulated stevia, cacao powder, baking powder, salt, and dark chocolate until smooth.
- Pour batter into a 10-12 inch skillet (or 8 inch cake pan) and bake for 40-55 mins, until toothpick test comes out clean.
Icing
- Melt the butter and add in Zevia Cola, cacao powder, salt, and liquid stevia. Mix until smooth.
- Let cake cool before icing. Enjoy.

- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt

- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1 avocado (pureed)
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 oz 100% dark chocolate or stevia-sweetened dark chocolate
- 1 cup Zevia Cola
Icing
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup Zevia Cola
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- pinch of salt
- liquid stevia, to taste
