Grape Shake with Coconut Whipped Cream
Whip up a frothy and delicious dessert for a no-sugar-added treat. Sweetened with just fruit, stevia, and Zevia Grape Soda, this guilt-free grape shake from My Diary Of Us will have you coming back for seconds.
Directions
- Combine grapes, bananas, vanilla, coconut milk liquid, Zevia Grape Soda, and ice in a blender.
- Process until smooth and creamy. Pour shake into two glasses and top with coconut whipped cream.
Coconut Whipped Cream
- Refrigerate a can of coconut milk overnight. Remove the hard layer of coconut cream on top, saving the liquid for later.
- Place the cream into a chilled bowl and beat on high until creamy.
- Add in vanilla and stevia, if desired, and whip until smooth. Place in fridge until ready to use.

- 1 cup frozen moon drop grapes or black grapes
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla bean powder/extract
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Zevia Grape Soda
- 1/2 cup ice

- 1/2 cup coconut cream (from the top of the coconut milk can)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- liquid stevia, to taste
