Ginger Peach Sorbet
Sorbet is a great alternative to ice cream if you're looking to keep things light and fresh. Instead of hoping our dessert doesn't have a bunch of junk, we're making sure with our sugar-free homemade sorbet thanks to the help of Kelsey, The Farmers Daughter.
Yields: 2 servings
- Peel and cut fresh peaches into 1/2 inch cubes. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze.
- Add 2 cups o frozen peaches to a food processor with 2/3 cup of Zevia Ginger Ale. Blend on low for 10 seconds, pushing down mixture as needed.
- Add more Zevia Ginger Ale, if sorbet is too thick. Scoop and serve immediately.
- 4-5 fresh peaches
- 2/3 - 1 cup Zevia Ginger Ale
