Fizzy Mango Ginger Energy Lassi
Skip the sugar-filled, store-bought smoothies and whip up your own!

Directions
- Chop mangoes into cubes and scoop out the flesh into the blender
- Combine remaining ingredients in blender
- Blend for about a minute or until smooth
- Serve in tall glasses and garnish with fresh mint

- 2 ripe sweet mangoes
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 tbsp stevia
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 2 cups ice
