Cream Soda Snowman Ice Cream
With this festive ice cream recipe, we've got a beautiful winter-themed dessert that will kick that eggnog craving made by Luxe and the Lady.

Directions
- Bring milk, cream, and salt to a boil over medium heat, then remove from heat
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the stevia and egg yolks
- To temper the eggs, add 1/4 cup of the hot milk mixture to eggs while whisking
- Slowly add the entire yolk mixture to the rest of the milk and cream (again while whisking)
- Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until thick enough to coat hte back of a spoon
- Remove from heat and strain into a clean bowl
- Stir in the Zevia, rum extract, and nutmeg. Cover and refrigerate overnight
- Using an ice cream machine, churn the eggnog according to the manufacturer’s directions (about 20 mins) – You can eat right away as soft serve or move to an airtight container and freeze for 2 hours to fully set
- Turn your ice cream into a cute snowman with broken pieces of pretzel for arms, mini chocolate chips for eyes and buttons, and a chocolate sunflower seed for a nose

- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 large egg yolks
- 3/4 cup Zevia Cream Soda
- 1 tsp rum extract (optional, can also use 3-4 tbsp rum)
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- mini dark chocolate chips (optional, for snowman design)
- chocolate covered sunflower seeds (optional, for snowman design)
- organic pretzel sticks or shaped pretzels (optional, for snowman design)
