Coconut Cola Donuts
Mini donuts are better than regular donuts for one simple reason: you can eat more of them! Thanks to Haute Sucre, you can really indulge since all of these are made with no added sugar. Bon appetit!

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, combine and whisk the flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla bean powder. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine and whisk the egg, softened butter, and stevia.
- Slowly fold in the wet mixture to the dry mixture. Add in the coconu tmilk and gently fold.
- Add the Zevia Cola in and fold quickly.
- Spoon the mixture into a donut pan and bake for about 20 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes and transfer to a wire rack.
Chocolate Ganache
- In a medium heatproof bowl, warm the coconut milk in the microwave for a minute.
- Pour the hot milk over chocolate and whisk until smooth.
- Drip the top of the donuts into the ganache. Set on a sheet of parchment paper.
- Top off with raspberries, if desired. Enjoy!
