Cherry Creamsicle Soda
Just because we don't love sugary syrups, doesn't mean we can enjoy a good old fashioned creamsicle. With a little Zevia Cream Soda and heavy cream, we feel right at home thanks to All Purpose Flour Child.

Directions
Cherry Tarragon Puree
- In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients over medium-low heat.
- Cover and let simmer for about 20 minutes until cherries are tender.
- Remove tarragon sprig and puree mixture in a blender. Strain mixture through a mesh strainer and discard the pulp.
Cherry Creamsicle Soda
- In two large glasses, add a tablespoon of the cherry mixture into each glass.
- Pour 6oz of Zevia Cream Soda into each glass and top off with ice. Stir.
- Drizzle a tbsp of heavy cream over each glass and garnish with cherries and tarragon. Enjoy!

- 1 can Zevia Cream Soda
- 2 tbsp tarragon cherry puree (recipe below)
- 2 tbsp heavy cream

Cherry Tarragon Puree
- 1 cup black cherries (pitted and halved)
- 1 sprig tarragon
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup water
